POSTAGE AND DELIVERIES
We offer standard delivery (Royal Mail First Class Signed For) or express delivery (Next Day/Special Delivery) to UK mainland addresses.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
Once an order has been despatched it is out of our control and cannot be cancelled, altered or expedited.
We are not responsible for any delays by couriers or delivery services .

OUR GUARANTEE
Every effort has been made to ensure that all our products are accurately described and represent the very best value-for-money. If you are not completely satisfied with any item we will do our utmost to deal with your concern. Jumpers may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange with another item or a refund. Please see ‘Returns’ section below for full terms and conditions. Our returns policy is of course in addition to your normal legal rights in accordance
with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

OUR RETURN POLICY

DO NOT return an item after 7 days as we will not issue a refund or exchange.
DO NOT return an item after it has been worn as we will not issue a refund or exchange.
PLEASE CHECK before sending an item for exchange that the item you would like is available.

In order to return an item :
1. It must be returned within 7 days, in its original condition, unworn with packaging and labels intact.
2. Write a note detailing your original order number and reason for return.
3. Use a recorded delivery service.
4. Send the item and note to:Christmas Jumper, 3PL, Albion Park,Warrington Road,Glazebury,Warrington WA3 5PG.
5. Returned items will be processed within 30 days.

PAYMENT
All website orders must be prepaid by credit/debit card or paypal. The prices shown on our website may be subject to change for reasons outside our reasonable control (e.g. changes to VAT). All payments made at ChristmasJumper are secure.

AVAILABILITY
The goods and services featured on our website are available to UK and overseas residents. Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world .
