POSTAGE AND DELIVERIES
Postage charge for all destinations, UK and overseas is £4.50 for first item plus £1.00 per additional item. Where possible we aim to deliver from stock within 7 days to UK mainland addresses but slightly longer for overseas. Items not in stock may take longer.

OUR GUARANTEE
Every effort has been made to ensure that all our products are accurately described and represent the very best value-for-money. If you are not completely satisfied with any item we will do our utmost to deal with your concern. Jumpers may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange with an identical item or a refund. Please see ‘Returns’ section below for full terms and conditions. Our guarantee is of course in addition to your normal legal rights.

RETURNS
As stated in our Guarantee, any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund. In order to exchange an item you please enclose a cheque payable to ‘Christmas Jumper Ltd’ for £4.50 postage & packing with the returned item. Any item returned must be sent by recorded delivery to: Christmas Jumper, Britannia Mill, Willow Street, Oldham OL1 3QB. Returns should be sent by recorded ‘signed for’ delivery. We do not accept responsibilty for Royal Mail or other delivery services. Items returned for refund are subject to a £4.50 handling charge. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a returned item. By placing an order you agree to our terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
All website orders must be prepaid by credit/debit card. The prices shown on our website may be subject to change for reasons outside our reasonable control (e.g. changes to VAT). All payments made at ChristmasJumper are secure.

AVAILABILITY
The goods and services featured on our website are available to UK and overseas residents. Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world .
